Cooling
It is soon stored in cooling to keep the product from spoling and increasing its longevity.
Packing
Once cooled and sorted it is packed and prepared for shipping to the customer.
Transportation
Once done it is transported in a reefer trailer that keeps the product at the desired temperature for best results.
